National science Day

To inculcate the spirit of scientific inquiry and to draw inspiration from the life and works of the great Scientists the SCERT, Goa in collaboration with Department of Science, Technology & Environment, Government of Goa celebrates National Science Day n 28th February every year under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Popularization of Science Education in Schools. On this occasion various competitions like Drawing, Essay writing, Poster Competition, Science Quiz Competition , Mathematics Quiz Competitions, Science Teachings Aid Competitions for B.Ed and D.Ed Students and workshops for teachers are conducted throughout the month of February.
